Steel Plate Crown

Steel plate wave shape

Steel plate welded wave

Nylon Crown

Full ball shape

Stamped from stainless steel plate in a   single pass. It shows excellent performance at low rpm and low torque.

Used in conjunction with the cover side   and claw side. Reduces friction torque.

Used for large-size bearings, which can   withstand high loads. Matching cages are welded together to withstand higher   dynamic and acceleration. Friction torque can be reduced.

Moulded nylon cage reduces torque fluctuation   in rotation. Suitable for high rotational speed bearings. Nylon cage is   suitable for temperatures from -3o-c to 12o-c.

This type of bearing is not fitted with a   cage, and the steel balls reach a compulsorily large number. Axial

Low axial load carrying capacity.   Suitable for high radial loads and low speed bearings.

2RU:Non-contact   rubber seals

The dust cover is pressed into the outer   ring. Very little grease or oil comes out, and very few impurities from   outside enter.

The dust cap is fixed on the outer ring,   and there is very little entry of external contaminants. Usually used in   small bearings and thin-walled bearings.

Teflon seals containing glass fibre are   fixed on the outer ring. Usually used in small and thin-walled bearings. The   seal can be bent to adapt to changes in pressure inside the bearing.   Applicable temperatures range from -100 °C to 260 °C.

Embedded in the outer ring, slightly   touching the inner ring. Prevents grease exposure and entry of external   contaminants.NBR seals are suitable for temperatures from -40°C to 120°C.FKM   seals are suitable for temperatures from -50°C to 230°C.

Embedded in the outer ring, without   contact with the inner ring, can also provide effective sealing. NBR seals   are suitable for temperatures from -40 °C to 120 degrees Celsius. FKM seals   are suitable for temperatures from -50 °C to 230 °C.
